Who is Patrick Bevan?

Business change specialist | Neurodiversity awareness advocate & speaker

I've dedicated my life to helping others be their authentic selves, yet I spent years hiding behind a mask, desperate to fit into a world where I felt like an outsider. It seemed like everyone else knew the rules of the game, but I was left stumbling in the dark, too distracted to even find the rulebook.

Leaving my corporate role felt like a rebirth. I embarked on a journey to find my reason for being. Along the way, I've come to redefine my values. Integrity, helping others, and finding joy in what I do have become my guiding principles. Gone are the days of conforming to fit in or clinging to a job out of fear.

My path hasn't been without its challenges. For years, I grappled with undiagnosed ADHD, feeling like an imposter and battling anxiety and depression. But now, armed with self-awareness and a newfound perspective, I'm using my experiences to educate myself and others.

Despite the setbacks, I'm proud of my achievements – not just the projects I've delivered, but the impact I've had on people's lives. And while imposter syndrome and self-doubt may be universal struggles, I've learned that they can be amplified in individuals with ADHD like myself.

Looking ahead, I'm embracing the fear and stepping into new territories. I see vast opportunities for companies to harness the power of neurodiversity in the workplace, and I'm committed to advocating for change. From board-level talks to grassroots initiatives, I'm determined to champion the benefits of embracing neurodiverse talent and creating inclusive environments
