About
I'm Patrick Bevan, founder of Change Alchemy and I'm Neurodiverse. For many people it's not an easy thing to live with. For many people it is a nasty label that they're trying to cope with. For me, it's been the spark that's helped me achieve influence in the board room of some of the UK's biggest companies, giving me the confidence and self-esteem to use my experience to flip the common misconceptions associated with neurodiversity.
After years of conforming to societal expectations in corporate roles, I realised that I wasn't being true to myself. It felt as though I was playing a game without knowing the rules, always trying to fit in but never feeling like I truly belonged. However, my journey took a transformative turn when I embraced my neurodiversity and recognized it as a source of strength rather than a limitation.
